How involved do you want to be?
Q. Do we need to buy things, or are you okay using only what you have in our home?
A. It depends on your vision. We can purchase shelves or containers to help with the organization the cost would just be tacked on the final invoice.
Q. How long does it take to get organized?
A. That depends on how much space we’re organizing and how quickly you make decisions. Each organizing session is different and each person is different. Organizing is a process, not an end result.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Our rates start at $60.00 per hour
Q. What can I do to prepare for your visit?
A. When we are first invited into client’s homes, quite often one of the first things they say to us is: “I’m so sorry about the mess!” or “I’m so embarrassed”. Many people seem to view their disorganization as a flaw or weakness, fearing judgment. We are excited rather than repelled by the chance to work together with a client and create a new, organized space for them – without judgment or criticism.
Q. Should I pre-organize before you come?
A. There is no need to pre-organize before our visit and we bring all necessary tools with us.
Q. What should I do to prepare?
A. Eat a good meal that day and be sure to dress comfortably. If we are organizing your garage or attic, you might want to wear clothes than can get dirty or dusty. Be ready to sort and make decisions.
Q. What should I expect the first visit?
A. Depending on the job your first appointment may mainly be sorting. We will sort items in 4 categories: keep, donate, sell, toss.
